 新たな知見が得られてきています。同時に、食事は生活の質に直結する営みであり、「健康」と「美味しさ」の両立が不可欠です。<br />\n本シンポジウム
 では、「健康と美食」に関する最新の研究成果を共有し、グローバルな視点から食品産業のイノベーションについて議論します。これにより、(国内外の研究機関・
